Mingle is currently a Ph.D. student in Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania co-advised by Prof. André DeHon, Prof. Jane Li and Prof. Jonathan Smith.

Previously, he obtained his BA and MEng in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge in 2024 under Prof. Robert Watson.
